1. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
To secure your session, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the session date. No work will be delivered until full payment is received.
2. CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are transferable but not refundable. In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll work together to find a new date.
3. COPYRIGHT & USAGE
All images are owned by [Photography Studio Name] and are protected under copyright law. You are granted personal use rights, but images cannot be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
4. IMAGE DELIVERY
Your edited photos will be delivered via a secure online gallery within 14 days of you making your selections unless otherwise discussed. RAW files are not included, as part of maintaining the artistic integrity of the work.
5. LIABILITY
